How much planning time is necessary for an Escape Wedding?
Escape Weddings are booked and planned within 6 months of your desired wedding date. Because Escape Weddings are an elegant and simple affair, our experts have selected some of the most popular floral, cake and music selections for you to pick. Your Disney Wedding Specialist will review the event day itinerary for you. You will receive a planning kit that will need to be completed in order to aid with your Disney wedding planning.
Even though I'm planning an Escape Wedding, can I do something special for my guests?
Absolutely! Your planning kit will provide you with a list of enhancement options.
I have 21 guests. Can I have an Escape Wedding?
We are sorry, but service quality issues require that we limit Escape Weddings to parties of 20 or fewer, including the bride and groom. If you would like to have more than twenty one guests, we invite you to look into a Wishes Collection event. Full estimated payment (payable by check, money order, Disney Reward Visa® Card from Chase, or other accepted Credit Cards) of your events is due one month prior to event date. You will receive a detailed Letter of Agreement that will further explain the payment schedule and deposit amount.
We would like to have our Escape Ceremony at Rose Court Garden? Is this an option?
Unfortunately, Rose Court Garden is not a Ceremony option for our Escape Collection. If you are interested in this type of experience, we recommend Adventure Lawn Gazebo which is available with our Escape Collection.
Are we allowed to have the Crystal Coach for our Escape Collection event?
No, unfortunately due to popularity with our Wishes Collection events, our Coach transportation options are not available through the Escape Collection. If these options are important to you, we invite you to explore our Wishes Collection.
Are we allowed to order additional Floral elements to enhance our Escape Collection Ceremony/Reception?
Absolutely! Floral is a great way to enhance your celebration. Please contact your Disney Wedding Planner regarding additional bouquets or centerpiece options.
I've picked my Escape event date but it is still 12 months away, can I book now?
Not just yet. Escape Collection events can only be booked within six (6) months of your desired date, excluding Holidays, peak dates and weekends.
Pricing
What is the cost of my wedding?
The price of your Disney Escape Collection wedding package is $5,000.00, inclusive of tax, service charge, and applicable fees. Please note additions to the wedding package are additional and to be determined in your planning phase.
Event Times
What times are available for my wedding ceremony?
Your Escape Collection ceremony may be scheduled Monday - Thursday only, excluding Holidays, at the following times:
9:00 a.m., 10:00a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., or 2:00 p.m.
