2012 Minimum Expenditures

Minimum expenditures (based on Guest count) can be met through a combination of food & beverage, floral, décor, music, entertainment, special transportation, photography/videography, venue rentals, and other wedding day services provided by Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings. Wishes Collection events require a minimum of 20 guests, including the couple.

*Based on a 4-hour or less Reception. Receptions lasting longer than 4 hours or beginning later than 2:00 P.M. follow the standard minimum expenditures listed above.

During certain seasons and on holidays, a higher wedding expenditure may apply. Booking Guidelines vary and may change without notice. Please ask your Wedding Specialist for more information regarding these times.

Breakfast/Brunch Receptions include the 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. wedding ceremonies. Lunch Receptions include the 12:00 p.m. ceremony. Dinner Receptions include the 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. ceremonies. While there is no minimum per person food and beverage expenditure for guests under the age of twenty-one (21), you will be charged for the food and beverages served to such guests. Minimum food and beverage expenditure is comprised of food and beverage costs planned on the event day, which may include pre-reception, reception, dessert parties, wedding cake and all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
