Minimum expenditures (based on Guest count) can be met through a combination of food & beverage, floral, décor, music, entertainment, special transportation, photography/videography, venue rentals, and other wedding day services provided by Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings.*

*During certain seasons and on holidays, a higher wedding expenditure may apply. Please ask your Wedding Specialist for more information regarding these times.

Food and Beverage Minimum Expenditure

*Breakfast/Brunch Receptions include the 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. wedding ceremonies. Lunch Receptions include the 12:00 p.m. ceremony. Dinner Receptions include the 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. ceremonies.
Minimum food and beverage expenditure is comprised of food and beverage costs planned on the event day, which may include pre-reception, reception, dessert parties, wedding cake and all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
