Your Wishes Wedding dining experience can be anything your heart desires. From tuxedoed waiters bearing trays of mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres to innovative walk-around food stations and elaborate five-course sit-down dinners, our team of culinary artists will work with you to create your perfect menu.

• Plated Menu
  This traditional option enables you to offer a variety of courses to your wedding guests. Typically, a plated dinner includes an appetizer, salad, intermezzo, entrée and dessert. You may select one entrée option or a duo plate entrée offering two entrees on one plate.

• Buffet or Station Menu
  Buffets and active cooking stations offer you and your guests a great variety of culinary options. Additionally, this style of service lends itself to a social, less-formal environment. This is a great way to encourage wedding guests to mix and mingle.

• Family Style Menu
  The family-style experience offers a combination of plated and buffet dining. Appropriate for afternoon receptions, this option provides some formality by plating the appetizers and salads. Then, a variety of entrees are centered on each table for guests.

Choose between a package bar or hosted bar for your post-wedding celebration. Our package plan gives you unlimited drinks during your reception and dinner. You simply decide how long you'd like to have the bar open. Our hosted sponsored bar is by the drink. We generally estimate two drinks per person for the first hour and one drink every hour following.
